Early Years and Major Achievements in Yemen (2008–2016)

Decision DEC’s story began in Yemen, where the company quickly gained recognition for its professionalism, technical capability, and integrity. Within less than a decade, DEC became a trusted partner for several internationally funded infrastructure projects, particularly those financed and supervised by German and American development agencies.

During this period, DEC played a key role in nationwide infrastructure development, focusing on essential public facilities that directly improved community welfare. Among its most notable achievements were the construction of 32 schools and 4 hospitals across various regions of Yemen. These projects were carried out under strict international supervision, ensuring adherence to high construction and safety standards.

Through these large-scale projects, DEC BAU earned a reputation for reliability and technical excellence. The company’s approach—integrating local expertise with international engineering standards—helped it establish strong partnerships with clients, consultants, and funding institutions.
